We are looking for a senior controller for a business within port and infrastructure that combines business acumen with high demands on safety and the environment. The assignment is part of the Finance and Business Support department and involves close collaboration with internal and external parties in connection with company and property-related transactions.

The focus is on supporting the work related to owner directives regarding a property sale within the group and coordinating outstanding issues from previous property sales, such as settlements for operating costs.

• Establish holding companies and subsidiaries and structure the transaction
• Package buildings in subsidiaries
• Conduct company sales to buyers within the group
• Dissolve the holding company after the transaction is completed
• Act as a bridge between the selling and buying party, including coordinating technical documentation for buildings and systems (e.g., electricity and district heating/cooling)
• Ensure correct handling of accounting and tax in annual financial statements and final accounts, including bookkeeping for the holding company
• Coordinate outstanding issues from previous property sales, including settlements of operating costs

• At least 10 years of experience in finance
• Documented experience in buying and selling companies and ensuring correct accounting handling
• Experience working within Stockholm city companies or administrations
• Familiarity with UBW/Agresso
• Experience in property economics
• Experience working in municipal operations
